We learned this recently. All Golf Carts must be registered.
Golf Cart owners must go to the HOA Office and show proof of insurance listing the Association as co-insured, and then buy a decal to place in front window.
The HOA will cite people if they fail to comply. Fines are possible. See Viva for more information or call HOA.
