PULTE STOCK

Are we set to retire on this investment made years ago. We put out, monopoly money of course, $643 for 100 shares of Mr Pulte's Stock.  Now that investment is worth $1655.00

I don't think one will retire soon on this, but it certainly is up.

Dan was a single guy living at home with his father and working
in the family business.

When he found out he was going to inherit a fortune when his
sickly father died, he decided he needed to find a wife with

"This morning the Town Center HOA office received Information that a resident from Rozzini Lane reported to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office a larceny (grand theft) of jewelry from his/her residence.  It was reported that the victim in this crime did not have a specific time when the crime could have occurred.  

Additional information relating to this incident will be provided when it becomes available."

BIG BIRTHDAY IN NJ

There is a gigantic birthday this month. Take notice of the big big number we are reporting here.

That birthday is her Mom's. She will be 91 years old TODAY.

We wish her a good day today, and another good year.

BOSS TO NJ

The Lady standing with me, often described as "My Queen," has left us for a few days to visit her Mom in NJ. Her Mom is 91 and battling the nasty "C" illness.

Surgery is planed for the 25th, and the hope is this will turn a corner and get her to a position where she can cope.

While "She" said I could be in charge I think I'll keep my fingers off the keyboard as much as possible.

FITNESS FUND RAISER

THE ABOVE SHOULD SAY IT ALL.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN A PICTURE IS ENLARGED IT LOSSES ITS' CLARITY.

BOTTOM LINE IS FIT IS HAVING A FUND RAISER. THE  DATE IS APRIL 3.  CHECK THE INFO OUT AT TOWN  CENTER FOR ALL THE FACTS.

IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WITH COMCAST

WE HAVE JUST HAD A DISCUSSION WITH OUR LOCAL BOARD MEMBER REGARDING THE COMCAST CONTRACT. HE ADVISES THAT THERE HAS BEEN CONSIDERABLE PROGRESS.  OUR HOA SHOULD SEE A SAVINGS IN THE NEW CONTRACT WHICH IS STILL PENDING SIGNING.

ON THE FRONT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COMCAST HAS AGREED TO IMPROVE THE TELEPHONE CALLING IN PROCESS. THEY NEW PROCEDURE WILL ALLOW:

  "homeowners will be able to be routed directly to their new Bulk Sales (VW) customer service center in Fort Myers. This should provide better customer service. However, to reach this new customer service call center, a homeowner must call from the telephone attached to their Comcast account. It may be a cell phone #, but it must be on their Comcast account."

Wow. Our Community has entered into talks about declaring our "Airspace" off limits for Drones. Next, I guess, will be our own air force to shoot them out of the sky. Fed Ex better be careful. The hobbyist certainly must head for a public Park.
