Pulte Homes expects to reach the 90% "Sold out" near the end of the year. Home Owners will soon take over in what was said will be a seamless transfer.
It was also reported that the builder will be leaving the community in "Sound" financial position. It is expected that there will be 1.9 million dollars to be turned over to the community. That is good news.
The other items discussed, as expected, included "Palm Trees and Dog Doo." That brought out some chuckles. We have heard this line before. I think it is now seven years old.
The other big issue was the water level in the canals. This was solved again by calling on the Calusa Indians to just "Let it Rain."
All in all it was a good meeting !
