Our gatehouse vendor came out to test the barcode reader and found that it is working the way it should.
The engineer reported that if the reader doesn't work, then either the barcode is old, the driver is going too fast past the gate, or not driving close enough to the reader.
Our barcode vendor only guarantees the barcode for 2 years.
If you are still having problems coming through the gate, please come to the office to purchase a new barcode.
Please do not blame the guards for problems at the gate. They are probably just as frustrated as you.
