Monday was a good day. In fact if you like chicken salad it was a Great Day !
Our activities Office provided all volunteers with a lunch that featured a fabulous chicken Salad. The wife told me it was even good for me to eat, but "leave the bread." It's good to b e babied.
An interesting quote was placed by every plate. Ours read: "I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder." I liked it.
