KITCHEN DOORS - UPDATE

Pulte has decided to have our customer service representative come to each house, where the homeowner has advised there is a problem with the kitchen doors, to inspect them.

This is viewed as a positive, but not a commitment to take corrective action. Such a commitment is under consideration.

In order to help the customer service people, and yourself, it has been suggested that defective doors be marked for easier inspection, and that cooperation be extended to the customer service people.
