IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WITH COMCAST

WE HAVE JUST HAD A DISCUSSION WITH OUR LOCAL BOARD MEMBER REGARDING THE COMCAST CONTRACT. HE ADVISES THAT THERE HAS BEEN CONSIDERABLE PROGRESS.  OUR HOA SHOULD SEE A SAVINGS IN THE NEW CONTRACT WHICH IS STILL PENDING SIGNING.

ON THE FRONT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COMCAST HAS AGREED TO IMPROVE THE TELEPHONE CALLING IN PROCESS. THEY NEW PROCEDURE WILL ALLOW:

  "homeowners will be able to be routed directly to their new Bulk Sales (VW) customer service center in Fort Myers. This should provide better customer service. However, to reach this new customer service call center, a homeowner must call from the telephone attached to their Comcast account. It may be a cell phone #, but it must be on their Comcast account."

We have received the signed contract. You all should be receiving a mailing from Comcast.
