COMCAST SURVEY


The time has come to do something besides looking at our beautiful fountains in the lake. It is time to voice your opinion regarding Comcast.

Our Transition Team is looking at "our uses" of Comcast products. This could be TV, Telephone, or Internet. With this information the team will get a better understanding of your use, and wishes. This information hopefully will be a help when talking about a new contract.

In order to give your opinion you need to go on the Community Web Site.  The link is  www.veronawalknaples.com

Take a minute, go to the bottom of the page, look for "Comcast Survey"  and answer the very short (Six questions) questionnaire. It is an opportunity to be heard.

We moved to Verona Walk in March from another property in Naples. Comcast services were a nightmare there intermittently. Their agents/service people were always polite and optimistic but continuously did not take responsibility for our problems with service, passing us on to someone else, sometimes in another region of the country!
When we explained the history of this problem, promises were made that the entire problem would be solved by "Tuesday" or "in 7 days, etc.. This went on for months despite visits by technicians who never admitted they could not fix the problem. We felt exploited and cheated.

After moving to Verona Walk, we tried to retain our telephone number which we had had for 10 years. Despite multiple promises that Comcast could and would do this , and many many phone calls, it was never done. We are opposed to reinstating a contract with Comcast in hopes that a more competent, more responsive, and more responsible provider of media services may be secured.
