Word was going around our Community that a decision was made to establish the future Board of Directors with Five Members. This would, of course, be after residents take control of the community in 2014.
A small number on the board would place power and control in the hands of only a few (5). There is a greater chance of resident involvement with the larger number of nine members to be elected.
We are glad to report that the story going around citing a five member Board was inaccurate! We have been told the number at this point is nine.
From this corner nine is a good number. That is what is needed to field a good team.

The gent on our street that is on the committee and says he will also be on the board of directors said it will be a 5 member board. May I ask where you obtained this information please. Do you know how he knows he will be a member? I thought they were chosen by an election. Thank you.
