Of particular interest is the creation of a new entry to our community that will be shared with the new Development. Exact shared costs have been estimated at $4.50 per month.
This new gate was part of the original plans established by the developer several years ago.
A safety recommendation was made a couple of years ago to create a second means of exiting the community. That was independent of the Developers plans.
Perhaps now action will be taken to build an alternative means of entry and exiting our property. We think it is a good idea. The front gate can be blocked. It has already happened. With that situation emergency vehicles also would not be able to get in to the community.
We doubt the new gate will look like the one below. No matter how it looks, let it happen.
