Recent reports in the news reveals building in our community is continuing at a good pace this year. Based on "new-home starts Pulte has VeronaWalk in the top ten communities in the Naples-Fort Myers area.
We ranked number five with 98 new homes started this year. Of those 92 have been occupied by new owners.
