PULTE STOCK

It has be several years that we have studied the up and downs of our builders stock. We are still at the job, but also  wondering "what if" this was an actual purchase. Oh well !

Purchased at $6.43 per share or $643 out of pocket we now are looking at:

$1847 (cash to us if a real purchase) based on 100 shares or $18.47 per share. That is good and also Green in the ledger book

VALENTINA CT FLOODED BY BROKEN WATER MAIN

We woke up this morning to a flood on our street. Naples F.D. one of the first to respond.  

Water was over the curbs and lawns. Jim and Debbie, two good neighbors, from across , and up, the street worked hard to keep sewers from not backing up. Job well done, and our thanks. Of course some of us played like kids.

Our garage was breached and water came in about 3 foot, It was about .50" deep and did no damage. Thank GOD

Outside it was different. A big hole covered what used to be a driveway. Water  Company will pump and excavate the area.

After the Fire Dept turned things over to the Water Co did the water finally recede. A driveway collapsed 
and formed a huge hole in the ground. 

A ten inch pipe cracked. A lot more digging was going to be needed to make a repair. Since water is turned off we are hoping the job is done in a couple more hours.

I AM LEAVING THE KEYS

Guess what?  They are back.

Rather then give my report I'll just leave the keys in the usual spot and tip toe home. 

It was fun, but not a full time job. They can handle things starting Sunday.

HURRY UP AND VOTE

I must admit I didn't think of this by myself. Some smart Lady just came to my door and asked me to vote for her.

I listened to what she had to say and promised her my vote. I didn't have the heart to tell her I already voted.

The important thing is, Did you Vote?. Time is winding down so get your ballot in so it can be counted.

BOSS GONE

Both Bosses are gone. He took off this morning for the flight to Jersey. Of course He left me the key to the blog.

I can't think of any news to share now, but if I do I'll b on the keyboard telling you all about it.

ROOF CLEANING

A letter has been posted directing homeowners to call the HOA and give the date of last roof cleaning. Really !

That guy coming out of the john really does have class. After all he is from NJ.

He just released his last book (also his first) and will host a reception where you can actually meet him. It will be on March 31 at 7:00 PM in the NAPLOI Room

MR TEQUILLA'S ICE CREAM MADE THE DAY

The monthly lunch group hit Mr TEQUILLA'S on March 2nd.  The gang has been the a few times so they apparently like the place.

There were nearly 50 men present and most ordered that huge Burrito Supreme. On top of that everyone had that Ice Cream on a shell

If you are still hungry think of Romeos for another luncheon inside the Community.

Our men take note next is Shula's.

Oh Boy.  My Queen has been preoccupied with her Mom being ill. As a result I can think of one event. Its' a birthday. Total report  late in the month.
